Parkwood Villas is a 124 unit complex situated on 4 hectares in Kirwan, Townsville. Parkwood Realty is involved with the on-site management of the complex and provides both sales and rental services within the complex. Parkwood Villas also includes security gates, cameras, 18 metre pool and a full sized tennis court. The complex is situated on the corner of Thuringowa Drive and Burnda Street (access via Burnda Street) and is close to shops, schools, sporting ovals, gyms and the Riverway precinct.
